Liz Parker has nearly twenty years of experience across publishing, media, and entertainment, functioning as an editor, a literary scout, and over a decade as a literary agent.
She spent eight years at Verve, building and leading its IP business from the ground up, selling more than 250 projects across publishing, audio, film, television, and licensing, and scaling the team into a full-service division.
As an IP manager, Liz represents a roster of creators and bestselling authors at various stages of diversification. Her focus is on long-term impact, allowing clients to feel in control of their careers. As an advisor, she specializes in media strategy leading up to and following publication, creative dealmaking, and creating IP ecosystems for companies of all sizes. She's most focused on helping companies create storytelling mechanisms that allow them to maximize revenue and drive growth to their full organization.
Liz lives in Los Angeles with her wife, Sarah, and their two dogs, Tiny and Lola. When Liz isn't scheming about scaling careers, she writes novels, eats too much candy, and tells bad jokes to anyone who will listen.
